Shipping Options
We provide shipping via USPS First Class mail and USPS Priority mail. You will be sent a tracking number with each order. In most cases you can select the preferred shipping option at check out.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is automatically calculatedly by zip code prior to submitting your payment information and is a flat rate. USPS First Class mail is $3.01 in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. USPS First Class mail is $3.22 in California. USPS First Class mail is $3.49 in Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and Utah. USPS First Class mail is $3.69 throughout the remainder of the United States. USPS Priority mail is $7.46 throughout the entirety of the United States. Once you have proceeded to checkout you will see available shipping options and the corresponding prices. There are no additional per item fees associated with shipping. Shipping is free on all purchases in excess of $50. In store pick ups are currently not available. Please email your questions or requests to sales@gargantuantea.com.
International Shipping
We ship primarily within the United States, but will make exceptions in certain cases. We do ship to Canada and again would be happy to consider your purchase outside of the US or Canada. We require an email request for all shipments outside of the US, including those to Canada. Please email us your request. Also please be aware that in addition to shipping costs, the buyer must pay all import tariffs and customs duties for purchases shipped outside of the US. Gargantuan TEA will appropriately label all salable goods as such, and is further, not responsible for packages held by customs officials.
Order Processing Times
We fulfill orders within one business day. We do not provide order fulfillment or shipping on weekends. Once shipped, USPS First Class mail typically takes 2-3 days, while USPS Priority mail will on average take 1-3 days. Shipping times are dependent on the zip code of the ship to address, as well as unspecified factors impacting USPS at the time of shipping. To estimate the arrival date of your order please consider the information outlined above, or reference your tracking number.
Time Sensitive Shipments
If an order you would like to place is time sensitive and you want to ensure your tea arrives by a specific date, please contact us at 509.438.8830 prior to placing your order. You may also email us, however a phone call may provide the most expedited means. We will help work to resolve a suitable shipping solution. In such cases, we can provide quotes with all the major carriers (USPS, UPS and FedEx) depending on the shipping parameters desired.

Free Shipping and Promotional Free Shipping Within the US
Shipping is free on all orders over $50. Further, we sometimes offer promotions which include free shipping on certain domestic purchases. We reserve the right to choose the delivery method on all such qualifying purchases.
Item Missing from Shipment
If an item you ordered is missing from your shipment please email us and reference your order number. We will happily send you the missing item at no cost to you.
Wrong Product Received
If you received the wrong product in your shipment please notify us by email. Please reference your order number, as well as the name and description of product(s) received, but not listed on your original order. We will send you the correct product(s) at no additional cost, if they were originally missing from your shipment.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrived defective or was damaged during shipment, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. Please email us your exchange request.
Return Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and hope you will thoroughly enjoy your purchase. We gladly accept returns within 7 days of original delivery, provided certain conditions are met, and excluding tea purchased in sample size (1/4 oz). The product condition required for acceptable returns must be unused, unopened, and the original packaging integrity maintained. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please email us your concerns and we will do our best to remedy the situation. Once approved for return, please notify us when your return has shipped so we may expect to receive your package. Please be sure to include a note in your return stating the reason for the return, your name and order number. Additionally, please specify if you would prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please ship returns using the same packaging with which it was originally received where possible. If not possible, please provide similar packaging for your return shipment. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless a mistake was made by Gargantuan TEA on the original order, or in providing a defective or otherwise damaged product. In the latter case, Gargantuan TEA will issue you a return shipping label via email.

Refund Policy
If you have specified you would like to receive a refund on a particular return, the refund credit will be issued within five business days of product receival and validation of the return. The refund will automatically be applied to the credit card used in your transaction. The time for the refund to post to your credit card is dependent on the supporting bank’s operating policy. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, unless a mistake was made by Gargantuan TEA on the original order, or in providing a defective or otherwise damaged product.
Incorrect Addresses
Please enter your shipping address correctly. You, the buyer are responsible for service charges incurred if the address you provided was incorrect, and a package must be intercepted and rerouted while already in transit. Likewise, the original product cost and the shipping cost are non-refundable if a package is undeliverable, and the package can’t be recovered, is misdelivered, or otherwise lost because of your errant input of the shipping address. Please double check your address after entering. We generally do not accept PO Box addresses as ship to destinations.
